Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions and General Provisions
1.1 Giveaway Organizer
Almarie Studio for Design Ltd., Company Registration No. 515175545, located at 6 Sokolov Street, Herzliya, Israel (hereinafter: the "Company" or the "Organizer").
1.2 The Giveaway
This promotional giveaway is conducted through the Company's Instagram account, @almarieswim, and is subject to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
1.3 Supervisor
Alexander Vinogradov, Attorney-at-Law, serves as the supervisor of the giveaway in accordance with applicable law.
1.4 Acceptance of the Terms
By participating in the giveaway, each participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.5
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other publication relating to the giveaway, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
1.6
These Terms & Conditions will be available for review via a link published on the Company's Instagram page or by any other means determined by the Company.
2. Giveaway Period
2.1
The giveaway will commence on June 30, 2026, and will end on July 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Israel Time).
2.2
The Company reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to extend, shorten, amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway, provided that notice is published on the Company's Instagram page.
3. Eligibility and Entry Requirements
3.1
Participation is open to residents of Israel aged 18 years or older.
3.2
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following actions during the giveaway period:

Like the giveaway post.

Share the giveaway post on their public Instagram Story.

Leave a comment on the giveaway post tagging at least one friend.
3.3
Participants may enter multiple times by submitting different comments. Each eligible comment tagging a different friend will constitute an additional entry.
3.4
All entries must comply with these Terms & Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the eligibility requirements.
3.5
Employees, shareholders, directors of the Company, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in organizing or administering the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
3.6
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who uses bots, automated software, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or any other method intended to unfairly influence the outcome of the giveaway.
3.7
If there is reason to suspect a violation of these Terms & Conditions or participation not made in good faith, the Company may request additional information to verify eligibility and may disqualify the participant if necessary.
4. Prize
4.1
One (1) winner will be selected.
4.2
The prize consists of two (2) swimwear sets—one for the winner and one for the friend tagged in the winning comment.
4.3
The total retail value of the prize shall not exceed ₪1,300.
4.4
Styles, colors, and sizes are subject to availability at the time of redemption.
4.5
The prize may be redeemed only at the ALMARIE store located at 6 Sokolov Street, Herzliya, Israel.
4.6
Prize collection must be arranged in advance and completed during the store's regular business hours.
4.7
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash, store credit, gift cards, or any other compensation.
4.8
The prize may not be transferred to another person, except for the friend tagged in the winning entry.
4.9
The winner must redeem the prize within thirty (30) days of being notified of the win, unless otherwise approved by the Company.
4.10
If the tagged friend declines the prize, fails to meet these Terms & Conditions, or does not respond within seven (7) days after being contacted by the Company, the winner may nominate another friend, subject to the Company's approval.
4.11
If the replacement friend also fails to redeem the prize, the Company may cancel that portion of the prize without providing any substitute prize or compensation.
4.12
The Company does not guarantee the availability of any specific style, color, or size.
4.13
Products received as part of this giveaway may not be returned, exchanged, or credited, except where required by applicable law.
5. Winner Selection
5.1
At the end of the giveaway period, the Company will compile a list of all eligible entries.
5.2
The eligible entries will be exported to an Excel spreadsheet, with each valid entry assigned a unique serial number.
5.3
The winner will be selected using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which will randomly select one of the assigned serial numbers.
5.4
The participant whose assigned number is selected will be declared the winner, subject to verification of eligibility.
5.5
If the selected winner is found to be ineligible or fails to respond within the required timeframe, a new random draw shall be conducted using the same procedure.
5.6
The winner selection process will be supervised by the appointed supervisor.
6. Winner Notification
6.1
The Company will contact the winner via Instagram direct message (DM) and/or any other available contact method.
6.2
The winner must respond within seven (7) days from the date the notification is sent.
6.3
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, or is found to be ineligible, the Company may select an alternate winner.
6.4
The Company may require the winner to present a valid government-issued photo ID to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
6.5
The Company reserves the right to revoke any prize awarded in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Publication of the Winner
7.1
The Company may publish the winner's Instagram username on its social media channels for the purpose of announcing the winner.
7.2
Participation in the giveaway constitutes consent to such publication.
8. Liability
8.1
The Company shall not be responsible for technical failures, communication errors, interruptions on Instagram or the internet, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the giveaway.
8.2
The Company shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to award the prize due to circumstances beyond its control.
8.3
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions.
9. Privacy
9.1
Any personal information provided by the winner will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway, verification of eligibility, and delivery of the prize, unless otherwise agreed.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By participating, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability relating to this giveaway.
10.2
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions as required by applicable law.
10.3
All decisions made by the Company regarding the administration of the giveaway shall be made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
10.4
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa District shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with this giveaway.
10.5
These Terms & Conditions may be accessed through the link published on the Company's Instagram page.
10.6
Participation in the giveaway is free of charge, excluding any standard internet or Instagram usage costs incurred by participants.
10.7
In the event of a typographical error, technical error, or any unforeseen issue affecting the publication or administration of the giveaway, the Company reserves the right to correct such error, provided that doing so does not unfairly prejudice the rights of participants.
10.8
Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision contained herein.
